Project Overview
On Hechtweg, surrounded by water, stone and reeds, Concepts has created living space to meet the highest standards. The apartment building, directly on Lake Thun, combines high-quality architecture with above-average living comfort and a high degree of privacy. All six residential units face the lake and have 4.5 rooms with spacious floor plans and large terraces and gardens.
We were responsible for the overall project and carried out the acquisition, accompanied the project development, supervised the construction and coordinated the sale of the individual condominium units.
The project took around 20 months to complete, with completion scheduled for spring 2024.
