Progress at Gewerbestrasse 15 in Thun – September 2025

Work on our property at Gewerbestrasse 15 in Thun continues to progress steadily and according to plan, with visible developments from week to week.

In September, the deconstruction of the upper floors was successfully completed, marking an important milestone in the project and laying the foundation for the upcoming vertical extension.

A particular highlight of this phase was undoubtedly the spectacular removal of the heavy excavator from the rooftop. A precisely coordinated operation that once again illustrated the scale and complexity of this undertaking.

Over the next three to four weeks, the deconstruction work on the ground floor, first and second floors will be completed. Following that, we will reach another key stage: starting in January 2026, the structural works for the building extension will commence. This marks the beginning of the new construction phase that will shape the future appearance of the property.

In parallel with the construction activities, we are already actively engaged in the leasing process for the upcoming commercial spaces. We are currently in discussions with potential tenants and are pleased with the strong interest in these modern and flexible premises.
