Progress at Gewerbestrasse 15 in Thun – October 2025

Construction work at Gewerbestrasse 15 continues to progress according to schedule. The coordination among all involved trades remains smooth, ensuring an efficient and uninterrupted workflow across the various construction phases.

Currently, the main building connection is being installed. This includes the preparation and connection of all essential utility lines such as electricity, water, telecommunications and district heating. These works form a crucial foundation for the building’s future technical infrastructure.

In parallel, the building services teams have begun installation work in the lower floors. This includes the initial routing of sanitary, ventilation and electrical lines. Particular attention is being paid to precise coordination between trades to avoid any clashes within installation zones. All conduits and shafts are being installed in accordance with the detailed execution plans, with continuous checks of installation heights, fixings and penetrations.

A significant milestone has also been reached in terms of the structural works: the seismic walls up to and including the 2nd floor have been completed and poured. With this, another major part of the structural system is finished. Formwork and reinforcement preparations for the upper floors are already underway, ensuring the continued steady progress of the building shell.

October thus marks another month of visible advancement, confirming that the project remains well within its planned timeline.
