Progress at Gewerbestrasse 15 in Thun – November 2025

November 2025 brought another set of important milestones to our construction site at Gewerbestrasse 15. The project continues to progress steadily towards completion and future use.

Completion of HLKS Pipe Installation

A key part of the interior work has been successfully completed.
The installation of the HLKS systems, which include heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitation, is now finished. These technical installations will form the backbone of a modern and comfortable building. With the piping in place, an essential part of the building’s core infrastructure is ready and the next phases of interior construction can follow.

Progress in the Selective Demolition Phase

Significant progress has also been made in the demolition phase.
Existing structures have been selectively removed, adapted or opened. The changes are clearly visible both on the building envelope and inside the building. This work creates the spatial and structural conditions required for the next stages of the project, including structural adjustments and future tenant fit-outs.

Outlook

The progress made this month shows that the project remains on schedule. With the completed system installations and the advanced demolition work, the construction is well prepared for the upcoming expansion phases.
