Shear Walls (Earthquake Protection)
The installation of the shear walls is currently progressing from the lower floors upward.
These shear walls are critical structural elements designed to stabilize the building. Positioned at strategic points, they absorb and transfer horizontal forces—such as those caused by seismic activity—safely down into the foundation.
By doing so, they increase the overall stability of the building and ensure compliance with current earthquake safety regulations.
Demolition Work
Demolition activities have begun in the basement levels, while the upper floors are being systematically deconstructed, starting from the top down:
