Progress at Gewerbestrasse 15 in Thun – July 2025

In July, the demolition work at our property on Gewerbestrasse 15 progressed according to plan.

The penthouse level has been completely dismantled. The remaining demolition activities are currently underway and are expected to be completed by November.

Following this, the timber construction phase will begin, marking an important milestone in the development of the project.
