Progress at Gewerbestrasse 15 in Thun – August 2025

The construction work at our property on Gewerbestrasse 15 in Thun is progressing steadily. The demolition phase is now in its final stages, with dismantling currently being completed up to the ceiling of the third floor.

Throughout this process, precision and safety are our top priorities. Old building structures are being carefully and systematically removed, materials are sorted and disposed of in a professional and sustainable manner, and great care is taken to protect the remaining building fabric. This ensures a solid foundation for the upcoming construction phases.

With the demolition phase nearing completion, we are preparing for an exciting new stage: the planned vertical extension of the building. This includes implementing all necessary structural reinforcements. From strengthening load-bearing elements to adapting the load distribution. These measures ensure that the building is optimally prepared for the next stages of construction and meets the highest long-term quality standards.
