Project Overview
As part of the retail development and shop expansion on Rue de Bourg, we purchased and transformed a Wilhelminian-era property into a highly structured retail store by constructing over the entire backyard. Our responsibilities included conception, planning, complete reconstruction, and extension of the property. Additionally, we handled leasing and the subsequent sale of the new commercial building.
The project was completed in just 13 months with an investment volume of CHF 19 million, and was completed in 2017.
