Construction progress at Gewerbestrasse 15 in Thun - current developments

We are pleased to share with you the progress made on our property at Gewerbestrasse 15 in Thun. Over the past few months, we have achieved several important milestones that pave the way for the planned redesign and further development:

1.Remediation of harmful substances

The remediation of harmful substances in our property has been completed. Thanks to the professional work of a specialist company, pollutants such as asbestos, PCBs and PAHs were safely removed. Many thanks to the Wirz AG team for the efficient implementation of this measure.

2.Geotechnical investigations

Geotechnical soundings were carried out to check the ground conditions and load-bearing capacity of the subsoil. These investigations are an essential basis for further construction planning and ensure the sustainable and safe development of the project.

3.Demolition work

The demolition work has begun - a decisive step towards the redesign of the property. This conversion phase will create new opportunities for our company and for the entire region.

4.Provisional sealing work

The successful sealing work ensures that weather-related delays during the construction phase are avoided. These temporary measures will ensure that construction progresses smoothly and contribute to the long-term safety of the project.
