Project Overview
Concepts develops and creates luxury living spaces that exceed expectations. At Hechtweg, surrounded by water, stone, and reeds, our latest project is an apartment building located directly on Lake Thun. The building combines high-quality architecture, exceptional living comfort, and a high degree of privacy. Each of the six residential units faces the lake and offers 4.5 spacious rooms, as well as large terraces and gardens.
We're responsible for the overall project, from acquisition to project development, construction supervision, and individual condominium unit sales. The project is expected to be completed in spring 2023, with a duration of approximately 20 months.
